Nokia India has added 2 new phones to its Windows phone based Lumia lineup, Lumia 625 and Lumia 925.
Lumia 625 will retail for 19,999 and Lumia 925 for 34,000.
Coming on to their specs, Lumia 625 has a 4.7 inch screen with a resolution of 480x800, 1.2 Ghz dual core processor, 512 MB of RAM and 5 Mega-pixel rear facing camera. It runs on Windows phone 8.
The Lumia 925 has a 4.5 inch AMOLED screen, resolution of 768x1200, 1.5 Ghz dual core processor, 1 GB RAM and a 8.7 Mega-pixel camera. It also runs on Windows phone 8.
Looking at their specs these phones don't look very impressive. There are much better phones at much less cost offered by Samsung. But if you are desperate on getting a Windows phone, you may consider them as an option.
Nokia has been very aggressive in terms of their products in the past few months. And the Lumia phones are picking up in terms of volumes.
Also there is a rumour about Nokia that they are going to launch a 6-inch large smart phone in September, so stay tuned for that guys.
